Visa Arrangement
Please find the general Indonesia's visa requirements from the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration. Specified information should be derivable through the Indonesian representative in your country. Request to receive formal invitation for attending the event should be posed through the email account of sea-eu-net@ristek.go.id, while it is expected such submission is based on the prospective participant's prior accomplishing in making self-registration.

Your arrival in Jakarta
The Bogor city is located in about 60 km (approximately 45 minutes via toll road) south of
Jakarta.
The nearest airport to the city is Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta (Cengkareng) Airport. From there, you can use taxi service from the airport for transportation to Bogor (see in the next sections).
Currency and Credit Cards
Please remember, the legitimate transactional fee will only be in Indonesia’s “rupiah”. Please make sure to have rupiahs before leaving the Soekarno-Hatta airport as no other currency is going to be accepted for conducting transaction in Indonesia. It is safe to think that moneychanger shops can be found in hotels or airport, while there usually can be very particular about the condition of cash: torn or marked notes are often refused,Credit cards are of limited use for day-to-day travel expenses, while most hotels, restaurants and shops that accept them. MasterCard and Visa are the most widely accepted credit cards. Amex is a distant third.
Credit cards can be a convenient way to access cash advances, it can be obtained over the counter at many banks (as well as from ATMs), usually with transaction fee.

Trip to Bogor, Upon Your Arrival in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
Getting To Bogor by Taxi
The taxi fare maximum would be around IDR 400.000 (around US$35-45 or EUR30) plus additional highway entrance fees of approximately IDR 17.000 (US$2). The time to spend is about an hour, but may also take up to 3 hours depending on the traffic.
It has been become's public suggestion to use taxi companies with brand name such as “Gamya”, “Blue Bird Group” and its sister company of premium taxicab services “Silver Bird”. Usually Gamya and Blue Bird queuing line can be daunting, whereas "Silver Bird" can give shorter time in the waiting line.
Getting To Bogor by Limousine Bus
There are also hourly shuttle buses “DAMRI” from the airport to IICC, Botani Square Bogor. With rate fare of IDR 50.000 (around US$ 5), it is much cheaper than taking taxi and the experience will feed adventurous spirit. Please note the shuttle bus service only operates until 09.00 PM (21.00 PM) local time.
